David J Anderson is a thought leader in managing effective teams. He leads a consulting, training, publishing and event planning business dedicated to developing, promoting and implementing sustainable evolutionary approaches for management of knowledge workers.

David is the pioneer of the Kanban Method an agile and evolutionary approach to change, his latest book published in June 2012 Lessons in Agile Management – On the Road to Kanban. He is a founder of Lean Kanban, Inc., a business dedicated to assuring quality of training in Lean and Kanban for knowledge workers throughout the world.

Rikard Olsson is one of the most important personalities in the Beyond Budgeting community and a Management Consultant at Ekan Management, Beyond Budgeting Partner in Sweden. He was previously Finance Director Performance, Strategy & Reporting at AstraZeneca and he serves on the Advisory Board for the Masters Programmes in Business Administration at the School of Economics and Commercial Law at Göteborgs Universitet.

An award-winning international speaker on Lean Software and Product Development, Lean Management, and Lean Startup, Jabe Bloom has keynoted conferences like LeanUX NYC and the ACE Conference as well as chairing the first Psychology and Sociology track in the Lean Kanban conference series. He uses his deep practical experience and extensive theoretical research to inform his public speaking and to provide mentorship to a diverse group of colleagues, clients and entrepreneurs. Most recently, he has been exploring the social mind at work, applying sociology and psychology and experimenting with how the co-evolution of systems and individuals impacts innovation.

Joakim Sundén is an Agile Coach at Spotify, making music available and accessible to the world. He helps people improve through mentoring and coaching at individual, team and organizational levels, often using Agile and Lean thinking and methods such as Kanban, Scrum and XP. He is an organizer of, and active participant in, conferences, networks and user groups in the Agile and Lean communities. Joakim is the co-author of the newly released book Kanban in Action.

He develops people’s ability to continuous learn and improve how work is done. Håkan is an active member of the Kanban, Lean and Agile communities. He is an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), a Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) and he serves in the Kanban Coaching Professional Advisory board. He was also nominated for the Brickell Key Award 2013.
